Financial Donations

Like most nonprofits, fundraising is a constant activity at Upward Bound. Financial support comes from a variety of sources - competitive federal, state and local government grants, private foundation grants, and individual contributions, as well as special events and direct mail appeals. Many of the foundation and government grants we receive are conditional on Upward Bound's demonstration of community support.  Your gift, of any size, can help.

Additional Ways to Give 

There are other ways to contribute to Upward Bound House.  In partnership with the California Community Foundation (www.calfund.org), UBH can accept gifts of publically traded stock, bonds, as well as restricted stock.   We can also structure a charitable remainder trust (CRT) that can assist with retirement income while also supporting UBH's mission.  If you would like more information on these and other options, please contact us.
